Do I need to create an account to shop?
Yes. To comply with South African customs regulations, all customers need to create an account before checkout. South African customers must provide their 13-digit ID number for delivery and customs clearance.
Is my South African ID number safe with you?
Absolutely. Your ID is stored securely and only used for delivery, customs, and returns. We comply with the POPIA Act and other international data protection laws.
Do international customers need to provide an ID number?
No. Only South African customers must provide a 13-digit ID number. International customers just need to create an account with their email.
Will I have to provide my ID number for every order?
No. Once saved in your account, your ID number will be used automatically for future orders.
Where do you ship
We currently ship across South Africa and internationally. Delivery times vary depending on your location (see our Shipping Policy for details).
How much does shipping cost?
South Africa: Free standard shipping on all orders. Express shipping is available at checkout for an extra fee.
International: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.
How long will delivery take?
South Africa: Standard shipping takes 12–20 business days. Express takes 8–12 business days.
International: Estimated 12–25 business days depending on location.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You have 14 days to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, and with tags. For hygiene reasons, opened underwear and intimate wear cannot be returned unless defective.
Who pays for return shipping?
If we made a mistake or your item is defective, we cover the cost. If you change your mind, order the wrong size, or want an exchange, you cover the return courier fee.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also track anytime by logging into your account or visiting our My Order page.
